Where the back-only version stops, this one continues: the same pleasant back massage, plus an adjustable neck massage that you set to your height with the remote control. You can have your back and neck massaged simultaneously.
Shiatsu, tapping, vibration and heat
You choose from a deep shiatsu (kneading) massage for your back and neck, an additional tapping massage for your back, a vibrating seat cushion (2 intensities) and heat in the massage heads. Alternate or combine: back zones and neck can work together.
Massage heads: 6 for the back, 4 for the neck
The back section features 6 rotating shiatsu heads that move vertically. You choose zones (whole/upper/lower/spot) and can activate tapping massage with adjustable intensity. The neck contains 4 shiatsu heads; the neck section is height-adjustable and you can change the direction of rotation. Tapping massage is only for the back section.

You switch functions and zones via the remote control. A selection:

Get the most out of your massage cushion
Correct placement
There is some give between the seat cushion and back section. Handy if you are taller: raise the back section and let the seat cushion press firmly against your chair or sofa backrest. The strap (Velcro) helps with fixation. An anti-slip bottom prevents sliding.
Measure carefully
Adjust the neck height while sitting upright: position the heads at the level of the lower edge of your skull (not against the back of your head). This prevents pressure on bone structures and allows you to get the most relaxation from your neck.
Use heat smartly
Switch on the heat 2–3 minutes before your massage for more supple tissue, or use it at the end to prolong the relaxation.
Ergonomic benefits
Regular massage helps reduce muscle tension, promote recovery and direct attention to your posture. The back + neck combination prevents tension from lingering “upwards”. Ideal as a micro-break during work or recovery after sport.
