Why the Galaxy Basic monitor arm?

The Galaxy Basic raises your monitor to the right height, and makes it rotatable and height-adjustable. You can adjust the height by releasing the arm with a push button and sliding it along the frame. The arm can be attached to the frame in four positions - at the front, the back and the sides. The arm can rotate up to 180° in each position. The viewing angle can be adjusted up to 90°.

A small clip for cable management is also included. You attach the frame to the edge of your desk with a desk clamp (max. 80 mm). You can also mount it using the desktop grommet supplied as standard. The monitor is attached to the arm using a VESA mount (75 and 100 mm). You can find more information about VESA mounts here. The arm is suitable for monitors up to 12 kg.

Furthermore, it is made of 100% recyclable and sustainable material. Optionally, you can add the Galaxy Crossbar to make this monitor arm suitable for two screens. The Crossbar always comes in the same colour as the monitor arm.

What makes a monitor arm so good?

A monitor arm makes your monitor fully adjustable. Height, width and viewing angle improve your working posture so that your body can find more relaxation. You work comfortably for longer and are less likely to develop complaints in your back, neck or shoulders. An arm for multiple monitors can also boost productivity.

Get the most out of this product

Make sure you sit on your chair in a good upright posture. Then position the screen perfectly straight in relation to your desk and move the monitor up until the top edge of the screen is at eye level.

Finally, check that you are sitting at about an arm's length from your screen. Ergonomic mouse beside it, keyboard in front of it, and off you go. Ah, what a relief!

By adding the Galaxy crossbar, you make a single monitor arm suitable for two screens of up to 27 inches each.
