The right size for small hands

The right mouse size is extremely important. Large hands quickly have to squeeze uncomfortably into a mouse that is too small, while small hands often don't have enough grip on a model that is too large to move it comfortably.

For small hands, an ergonomic mouse of the correct size is important. Although average mice often fit small hands well because they are compactly built, they still lack what is needed. With these mice, your hand has no support whatsoever, and your arm has to be in a twisted position. This can really cause problems with intensive mouse use.

Hybrid and mobile work

Another reason to choose a small ergonomic mouse can be mobile/hybrid working. An ergonomic mouse is generally somewhat larger than an average mouse, making it less bag-friendly. However, ergonomic models such as the DXT and Delux Mini can be operated perfectly well by larger hands too, with the correct grip.
