Vluv seating balls ensure an upright and active sitting posture. This stimulates blood circulation and trains the back, pelvic, and neck muscles. It is recommended to use the seating ball for a maximum of three hours per day. So, alternate regularly with your office chair.
Thanks to the sturdy synthetic leather with microfiber coating, the seating ball is suitable for daily use. A subtle ring at the bottom prevents it from rolling away (too) easily, and a handle on the side makes it easier to move the seating ball.
Sitting for long periods can make you sleepy, which negatively affects your concentration and productivity.
