| 1 | Take the stairs |
Almost every office has stairs, ideal for keeping your legs active.
| 2 | Walk to a colleague |
Email, phone, WhatsApp, ditch it all and walk over to your colleague.
| 3 | Swing your legs |
Stand on one leg and gently swing your other leg back and forth.
| 4 | Walk during your break |
You often see them, people walking during their break. Gather some colleagues and take a stroll during lunch.
| 5 | Take on some tasks |
As the boss of printer paper, Cup-A-Soup sachets and coffee rounds, you'll definitely stay active.
| 6 | Play foot alphabet |
Form the alphabet on the floor with your feet. Use one foot first, then the other.
| 7 | Make circles with your arms |
Hold your arms out to your sides, parallel to the floor, and make small circles. If it's easy, make slightly larger circles.
| 8 | Make calls standing up |
Do you have a (wireless) headset? Stand up while on the phone and walk around if the headset is wireless.
| 9 | Tidy your workspace |
The easiest way to keep moving and keep your workspace tidy.
| 10 | Tighten your muscles |
Tighten your glutes, lift your heels, shrug your shoulders, broaden/tighten your chest. Try to relax sufficiently in between.
| Bonus | Office chair squat |
Lower yourself until your bottom touches the seat of your chair. As soon as you feel it, stand back up straight.
