Can I take some time to think about it?

Absolutely! After you have received the ordered product, your 90-day cooling-off period automatically begins. Only seating furniture such as office chairs, desk bikes, standing aids, saddle stools, and desks have a shorter trial period of 30 days. You may use an item carefully to assess it.

For example, if you have bought a mouse, you can carefully unpack it, connect it, and see if it's right for you. We do not recommend using the product for 90 days, as the chance of wear and tear is high. For a return, we expect the product back in new condition.

Most of our customers are satisfied with their purchase, but it could be that the product doesn't entirely meet your expectations or that you've seen another product on the website that you prefer. In that case, you can return the product free of charge. You then have two options: either an alternative product or your purchase amount back. See the section 'Free Returns' on how to correctly return a product.

We offer a 90-day trial period!

Why so many days?

There are numerous reasons why you might need a few more days. Our reason for giving you 90 days is so that you don't experience stress with your purchase. The days can fly by, for example:

  • You can't use the items straight away.
  • You want to use the items in combination with another order yet to be placed.
  • You are away on holiday for a few days.
  • You don't have the opportunity to use the product every day.
  • You might be ill for a few days or even weeks.
  • You want to think about it for a few extra nights.
  • 1000 other explainable reasons to make good use of some extra days.

Is a 90-day trial period the same as 90 days of testing?

That is not advisable. The chance of damage is high with a long period of use. You also don't need a full 90 days to find out if the product is right for you. Most products can be assessed immediately upon use, such as a cable tray or a CPU holder. Products like an ergonomic mouse or back support are a bit trickier.

If you doubt whether a product you have purchased is the right one for you, please contact us. Sometimes an adjustment in working posture can make such a difference that the product suddenly turns out to be a solution. Simple products usually require no acclimatisation. Products you hold daily can require up to 14 days of acclimatisation.

Make it easy for yourself!

We have compiled a list of things that might be useful during those 90 days.

  • Keep the shipping box and packaging material; this can be useful if you want to return the product.
  • Keep the product packaging and handle it carefully (without it, you are not entitled to a 100% refund).
  • Store the product in a safe place, for example, if you work in an office. Others might not handle the product as carefully as you do.
  • If you doubt whether you are using the product optimally, please contact us.
  • If you are still unsure about your purchase during the trial period, be extra careful with the product to prevent damage.
