When should you choose a wobble stool?

You can almost always use a wobble stool at your workplace. It creates an additional opportunity to vary your working posture, and your body will be very happy about that.

Complaints arise because you sit for too long in the same, often unhealthy, posture behind your desk. A wobble stool or office chair?

A balance stool is not a complete replacement for an office chair. You use a wobble stool to alternate between sitting on an office chair and the stool. Ideally, you should also include standing work in this alternation, so that you can truly work in different postures.
