Why the Sun-Flex Relax footrest?
The complete support
The Relax by Sun-Flex is not only the right choice for a little extra height for your feet. It is incredibly strong, stable, adjustable, supportive, and massaging. It rocks if you want it to, but also stands as firm as a rock when you need it to.
Find your ideal posture
The Relax comes with a platform for your feet measuring 39 cm long and 28 cm wide. You can set the platform at 2 different heights: 14.1 and 16.1 cm. Using the rotary knobs on the side, you can loosen and tighten the platform. If you like to rock your feet, this is possible. You can also fix the platform at an angle you find comfortable.
The rocking position of the platform can tilt -20° and +20°. You can really move it in all directions.
Leg support for comfort and movement
The Relax also comes with the renowned Sun-Flex leg support. This foam-made support allows you to change your posture, seek relaxation, or even stretch your legs properly if you need to. In this way, thanks to the Relax, you can sit more actively.
The leg support of the Relax reaches a height of 37.8 cm from the floor.
Please note: do not rest your Achilles tendon (tendon just above the heel) on the support. This can cause your legs to sag, which may lead to knee problems.

Although the Relax is made of metal, you don't have to fear cold feet if you use it with socks or even bare feet. It comes with a felt surface where your feet can rest wonderfully softly and without getting cold.
