At Ergowerken, we haven’t been sitting still over the past year, but what has actually changed?
Of course, there’s too much to list, but to give you a bit of an idea of the developments that have taken place at Ergowerken, here’s a brief summary.
1. Expansion of our product range
We have been working on expanding our product range; in addition to expanding the range of brands we already stock, such as Dataflex, we have also been able to include several new brands in our range.
Powerdot on the brand page
When it comes to power strips, we have started working with an ingenious new system called Powerdots. Available in various colours and sizes, the Powerdots come in a range of designs. From a simple extra power point to power, USB and HDMI, the Powerdots can handle it all for you. It is a great solution for anyone who wants extra connections at their workspace but doesn’t want a large power strip on the table.
Nexstand on the brand page
Especially for laptop users, we have become a distributor of the Nexstand laptop stand. This handy little gadget folds away easily and comes with a carrying pouch, so you can position your laptop screen at a comfortable working height anytime, anywhere.
Mistel to brand page
Mistel is a relatively new brand in the world of keyboards that we are delighted to offer our customers. This keyboard manufacturer produces high-quality mechanical keyboards with an ergonomic design. We currently stock the Mistel Sleeker, which features a tenkeyless design, and the Barocco series with split keyboards. We even have an extra-flat version of a mechanical keyboard, something you don’t often see with mechanical keyboards.
X-Bows to brand page
The name of the keyboard says it all, though the full name is a bit of a mouthful: “X-Bows Mechanical Ergonomic Keyboard”. An ergonomic keyboard where ergonomics were considered right from day one of the design process. The unusual layout takes some getting used to, but after a while you won’t want anything else.
Comfort to brand page
The name says it all: Comfort is something this chair certainly excels at. It can be adjusted in every possible way so that your chair fits your body perfectly. These office chairs sit like a throne – who wouldn’t want that?
Our partnership with Comfort also means that the popular models are available from stock. So the same applies to these chairs: order before 6 pm and they’ll be dispatched the very same day! The rest of the range will follow shortly.
Can I have a moment to think about it?
You may have already noticed that last year we decided to extend the trial period from the already generous 30 days to a full 90 days. Hopefully you won’t need it, of course, but it’s always possible that a product isn’t quite what you needed after all. If this happens to be the case, please get in touch with us. We can usually offer you a suitable alternative that better meets your requirements and expectations.
If you do need to return a product, we’ve now made it even easier for you – you don’t even have to leave the house. When the PostNL courier arrives at your door, you can simply hand over the parcel you wish to return. How convenient is that?
Ergowerken.nl gets a new look
Behind the scenes, we (and by ‘we’ we mean Mark ;) ) are hard at work on a new website. Soon you’ll be treated to a modern new layout, better filters for our products and more photos and videos of all our products.

You may have already noticed that with the launch of the new site comes a new logo. Based on the Vitruvian Man, there will soon be a colourful new logo that will help you recognise Ergowerken.

Models wanted!
That new photo and video material has to come from somewhere, of course. And that’s where the Ergowerken photo studio comes in; this professional studio is equipped with more lights than your average disco and is set up for both photos and video recordings. This allows us to provide you with even better visual material of the products we sell. We also have plans to produce videos explaining the products. So subscribe to our YouTube channel now to receive the latest product news.
More than just aids
Indeed, in addition to the physical aids to improve your workplace, we are now also going out to help you. Together with a number of ergonomists, we want to ensure that the working population of the Netherlands can carry out their work healthily every day. How do we intend to do that, I hear you ask. We do this by providing workplace assessments, workshops and other ergonomic services in collaboration with independent ergonomists.
But that’s not enough for Ergowerken, of course; the ergonomists focus on the people, whilst the E-Team deals with the equipment. Recently, we’ve been increasingly involved in complete project set-ups and cable management. These services complement each other: well-informed people combined with the right tools. What more could you want?
Expansion of the team
With so much extra work, even Mark and Tim could no longer manage to get everything done. That’s why I (Jesse) have taken up a permanent position with the E-Team. I’ll be handling the new services, so if you have any questions about them, please send me an email or give me a call. I’ll be happy to help.
As well as joining the E-Team, Ergowerken is, of course, also a recognised training company. Florijn College in Breda ensures a constant stream of trainees who want to come and learn the ins and outs of the trade with us.
On to 10!
Last year, it was a flood of 5-star reviews for ergowerken.nl. Over the past 12 months, we’ve received 320 reviews via Kiyoh. We’re all absolutely delighted that you’re happy with our products and service. But of course, that’s not enough yet; we want to get as close as possible to that perfect 10. Over the past year, the positive reviews have helped us rise from an average of 9.3 to 9.4. So please keep leaving those reviews, and hopefully you’ll help us reach that 10 soon.
More companies becoming more ergonomic
The Dutch workplace has become a little more ergonomically sound. Over the past year, we’ve had the pleasure of supplying products and services to Illy Café, Wageningen University and GLS, amongst others.
Naturally, we are delighted to have been able to help the above companies over the past year. But of course, it’s not enough yet; we won’t stop until everyone in the Netherlands and far beyond has a workplace where they can enjoy working. That’s why we offer businesses the same terms as our private customers – and even more. As a business customer, for example, you get the same 90-day trial period, and of course, ordering on account is also available for the business market. Don’t forget that we’ve set up a number of services specifically for the business market, such as cable management and the try-out box. What are you waiting for?
