Who is the joint workstation instruction suitable for?
Display Screen Equipment Workshop
Do you want to know more about safe, healthy, and pleasant working? In short, are you and your colleagues interested in ergonomically responsible working? Then the workstation instruction for groups is for you. This workshop is suitable for groups of 5 to 15 people.
Logistics Workshop
Ergonomics is also important within logistics, which is why we offer workshops tailored for logistics departments. The physical strain within these departments is often underestimated. It is therefore important that employees are well informed about ergonomic and safe working. This can be improved, for example, by using aids or training lifting techniques.
What are the costs for an ergonomics workshop?
The joint workstation instruction is a customised product, ensuring you get optimal return on your investment. The prices below are therefore an indication; request a quote to have your customised product put together.
- From 5 people from € 144,- excl. VAT per person.
- From 10 people from € 80,- excl. VAT per person (max. 15 people).
What does the joint workstation instruction entail?
Part 1 Workshop | 60-90 minutes
We start the day with a 'healthy working' workshop. All your colleagues can attend this. In this workshop, we will work interactively. You will learn how to prevent complaints such as RSI and work healthier and more productively. A wide range of topics will be covered, such as:
- A good relaxed working posture
- Adjusting the office chair
- Using the right aids
- The importance of relaxation, taking breaks, and varying tasks
Part 2 Individual consultation | 10-15 minutes
After the workshop, the ergonomist will visit everyone individually. During this 10-15 minute consultation, the ergonomist will specifically examine each colleague's workstation. This will cover tasks, any complaints, and of course, there will be an opportunity to ask questions. In this way, the ergonomist gets a good overview and can provide personal tips and advice.
Logistics
- When does work become unhealthy?
- Explanation of working postures
- Physical strain at work, such as: lifting and exerting force, pushing and pulling, awkward postures, repetitive movements, and vibration exposure
- How can you work more ergonomically responsibly?
- How can you better set up the workstation from an ergonomic perspective?
- How can ergonomic aids reduce physical strain?
What can participants do after this workshop?
After attending the workshop, your colleagues will possess many new skills. For example, they will be able to distinguish between healthy and unhealthy working postures. Recognising work-related complaints and preventing them will be taught. This way, you prevent or recognise complaints at an early stage, and absenteeism is avoided.
Because attention is paid during the workshop to setting up the workstation, including correctly adjusting the office chair, people can help each other. Thus, new employees can also be helped by colleagues to work ergonomically responsibly.
